Personnel Department
¡¡¡¡Functions of Personnel Department:
1. Draw out and improve regulations on personnel and check, direct and
supervise the implementation.
2. Administer the registration and employment of all the staff in the
university.
3. Work out plans for the construction and employment of the faculty
and staff in the university; manage well the introduction of talents
and the transferring of personnel.
4. Draw out, urge and carry out the construction layout of experts in
specialized technology; examine and qualify full professors of specialized
technicians and cooperate with departments concerned to make the faculty
cultivation and improvement plan.
5. Administer the personnel from the outside and collocate human resources;
assess and set wages; manage the declaration of social insurance and
mediate disputes between labor and capital.
6. Be responsible for the management of personnel archives; transact
holiday-spending procedures of all the faculty and staff and manage
well the year-end evaluation and administrative rewarding and punishing.
7. Make investigations and statistics of the personnel including cadres
in the whole university; make credentials concerned with the personnel.
8. Train, manage and recommend persons hunting for job.
9. Cultivate, select, recommend, declare and daily manage experts in
various fields and at all levels.
10. Be responsible for the daily management of post-doctoral science
researching flowing stations.
11. Administer the labor and salaries of all the faculty and staff in
the university.
12. Transact all the procedures concerned with all the faculty and staff
who register for new jobs, leave their posts, retire and resign and
who are dismissed, and of the retired people who enjoy the special national
allowance treatment.
13. Accomplish other work assigned by the university authorities.
