Logistic Management Section
¡¡¡¡Main functions of Logistic Management Section:
1. Draw out regulations on the university-owned real estates and the
management of assets operated by the Logistic Group; direct and supervise
the implementation.
2. Check, register, calculate, report and routinely supervise the university-owned
real estates and assets operated by the Logistic Group.
3. Represent the university and the Logistic Group or other relevant
entities to conclude agreements; cooperate with the Financial Affairs
and Management Department to decide the method and number of relevant
funds checked with the Logistic Group, and supervise the work of the
Logistic Group.
4. Classify and evaluate assets, manage and supervise the operation
of the operative university-owned national assets to assure value keeping
and increment.
5. Be responsible for making annual plans of the university¡¯s infrastructure
construction and development layout and for the declaration of various
projects.
6. Be responsible for the making of the general project-designing plan,
of the project designing at the primary stage and shop drawing designing,
and for the tendering and invitation of tendering of the various infrastructure
projects.
7. Deal with the budgeting, final accounting and examining of infrastructure
projects and take charge of the examining and supervising of project
scheduling and quality.
8. Accomplish other work assigned by the university authorities.
