Administrative Information Center
Brief Introduction:
Administrative Information Center was established
on April 28, 2003 after much discussion and investigation at the university
affairs conferences, to strengthen the network information administration,
advance network information resource construction and further bring
into play the role of the network information. Administrative Information
Center, subordinate to the President Office, is a non-government deputy
ministerial institution. The Center is to be managed by three persons
and two have been registered.
Its main functions are:
1. Administer on-line information. Supervise and check on-line information
collection and publication; carry out the unit obligation system of
intranet information safety; strengthen education of network safety
and regulate intranet information services to prevent the letting out
of network information.
2. Undertake the designing and constructing of the university¨s homepages
in both Chinese and English versions.
3. Coordinate and supervise the web page construction of the whole
university.
4. Further advance the developing and utilizing of intranet information
system on education and execution.
5. Coordinate and supervise the information administration in BBS
forum, chatting rooms, word-leaving board and FTP services.
6. Be responsible for the daily settlement of correspondences for
the President and supervise and urge the departments and units concerned
to answer and deal with the letters.
7. Attend to information about our university issued by the off-campus
net-media; supervise and urge the relevant institutions to check the
truthfulness and correct inaccurate information.
8. Accomplish other work designated by the university authorities.
