(Wuhan) was established in March 2001. In May 2001, on the foundation
of the former Science and Technology Development Corporation was established
High-tech Industry Co., Ltd. of CUG (Wuhan), which has now the registered
staff of 83.
The functions of High-tech Industry Group of CUG (Wuhan) are to set
down the business developing strategy, make annual business plans and
business objectives, administer and operate the university-owned asset,
manage all the staff of the company and promote the industrialization
of the High-tech achievements. High-tech Industry Group of CUG (Wuhan)
is the subsidiary of High-tech Industry Co., Ltd. of CUG (Wuhan) that
is the legal representative of implementing administration and operation.
High-tech Industry Group of CUG (Wuhan) applies the administrative
system with the managing director in charge and under the leadership
of the directorate. It has now sections of the Party General Branch,
Executive Office, Business Administration Office, Business Affairs Office
and Financial Affairs Office. And it consists of all together 29 share-holding
