Subordinate Organs:

Presidium
　　Presidium is responsible for organizing large-scale activities on campus, directing and coordinating the subdivision student unions of all departments or schools in the university in their work, making students familiar with the university affairs and increasing the influence of CUG on the other higher education institutions and on the whole society by making CUG open outward.

Secretariat
　　The functions of Secretariat are to coordinate work in Presidium and other organs, manage properties and files of the University Student Union and sort out kinds of materials like minutes taken at meetings.

Propaganda Office
　　It takes charge of propagandization of the rich and colorful activities, especially large-scale activities on campus. Besides, networking the University Student Union is another important task of the Propaganda Office. It is expected to increase the social influence of the University Student Union through improving the networking mechanism.

Rights and Interests Protection Office
　　It functions in timely collecting, reporting and feeding back students’ suggestions on the university’s construction in all aspects. And it aims to play the role of a bridge and ligament and thus become the faithful spokesman in protecting students’rights and interests.

Daily Life Management Office
　　It is responsible for the regular sanitary examination and environmental protection of the whole university in order to create an active, clean and quiet studying and living environment for all students.

Academic Office
　　It takes charge of spreading achievements in academics and science and technology and organizing diverse activities related with academics and science and technology to create a thick academic atmosphere and a good studying environment for all students.

National Flag Squad
　　It performs the weekly flag-raising ceremony and the flag-raising ceremony in everty large-scale activity of the university. As one of the ideological and political education bases, it also presides over the ideological and political education in the hope of cultivating patriotism of all students in the university.

Student Public Security Section
　　It shoulders the responsibilities of being on duty at large-scale activities and weekend balls, maintaining public security on campus and examining the work of janitors in all public buildings of the university.

Head Office of Sports
　　It aims to kindle all the university students’ passionation on sports and to better embody the nation-wide body building-up spirit by organizing all the large-scale sports games in the university.

Female Students Affairs Section
　　It holds the tenet of serving all the female students on campus and shows female students’ elegant demeanour through a great many of healthy, civilized and colorful activities.

Entainment Section
　　It main function is to enrich campus life and increase students’ extracurriculum activities by organizing various entainments.

Public Relations Section
　　It performs communication between the University Student Union, students, other higher education institutions and social entities as well as the collecting of the latest information both on campus and off campus.
