　　Alumni Affairs Office

　　Alumni Affairs Office, subordinate to the President Office, is a non-governmental deputy institution. Its main functions are:

　　· Learn about situations of alumni at all places and establish corresponding archives.

　　· Keep constant contact with alumni at all places and propogandize and introduce the university’s situations to them.

　　· Direct and coordinate the Alumni Union at home and abroad to actively perform the relevant work.

　　· Win over from the alumni more support of the university’s construction and development.

　　· Accomplish other work assigned by the university authorities.
